Good experience by jatin (jetha) HDB financer and vijay sales staff very polite
We had a terrible experience with Vijay sales. 1. The staff wasn’t too interested in showing products but we still end up buying AC from there since we needed it urgently. 2. They said that installation will be done by company or else we won’t get warranty. Instead of getting it installed from the AC company they got it installed from their own vendor who charged us extra and didn’t install it properly. When we faced issue with AC, we called the company and they said that the installation was not done by them and it wasn’t properly installed. And Vijay sales hasn’t been answering our calls since.
Great experience and great knowledge sales person (jai prakash). very professional staff
M/s Sneha has done a wonderful job in getting my refrigerator invoice so quick and fast. Thanks and keep it up!
