VIJAY SALES - ROHINI

Very disappointing experience at the Rohini store. I was sold what was claimed to be a brand-new unit, but after unpacking it, it looked like an old or previously handled piece. The bolts showed clear signs of having been removed earlier, and there was also a dent on the compressor grill. It did not look like a fresh, untouched product. I would advise everyone to inspect the product carefully before accepting delivery. My experience was not satisfactory at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this store.

We had a great experience here. Special thanks to Ms Anupama and Mr. Arun for helping and asssisting throughout the time. I will visit again. Thank u for the great experience.

We had a great experience at Vijay sales. The service is excellent. The staff, especially Ms. Shruti was very supportive and helped us in every way possible. I highly recommend trying this place out for electrical appliances.

Don't buy any products from vijay sale rohini sec 3 near M2K . If you call to lodge a complaint, the call never connects. I bought a Wi-Fi AC, but the installation technician didn't know how to connect it to the Wi-Fi via the LG app. When I call to complain, I'm kept on hold for a long time, but there is no response.

Recently, we purchased one Air Fryer & two AO Smith water purifier . The fryer was handed to us immediately while the purifiers were door delivered to us next day (without delivery charges) The senior sales person at water purifier section Mrs Kusum is quite helpful & knows the needs of the customer quite well. She knows each & every detail of the product she deals with. She took time in explaining & demonstrating the product with dedication & even helped in billing which is a quite a slow process at their billing desk. Cons. 👉 Slow billing process (Needs improvement) 👉 No parking space 👉 Entry & exit for people with special abilities is quite challenging. (Needs improvement) 👉 They should at least have a drinking water dispenser for customers. (This needs to be considered by the management ) 👉 Avoid coming during festive season as this VS outlet is over crowded.

Vikas yadav, at vijay sales rohini attended is and provide us all the details we required to purchase laptop. Whether it was related to new updates and products, he has given us complete time and provide all correct details. Due to his guidance I was able to purchase the best suitable laptop for me with it a best price range. Thanks vikas.

Good collection Extremely poor billing system.. i had to spend at least 25 min in billing queue to get one bill done

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Vijay Sales. The staff was not just unhelpful but outright dismissive, showing zero interest in assisting customers unless a purchase seemed guaranteed. Basic questions were met with vague or incorrect answers, which made it clear they lacked proper product knowledge. The store felt poorly managed, with long wait times, and no accountability from anyone in charge as well as no senseof how to talk professionally to a potential customer. What made it worse was the complete lack of transparency around pricing, offers, and return policies — everything felt deliberately unclear. To anyone thinking of visiting this branch, DON'T!

We visited at Vijay sales Rohini and Muskan ma’am guided us so well, so politely and she made our purchase smooth by providing assistance under the support of her manager Amit sir. Would recommend everyone to contact her while visiting vijay sales!!!!
