Very pathetic and poor management at billing counter. The billing guy is taking more than 35 min to proceed billing. Giving excuses like server issues… very rude and direct with the customer.. no politeness and total failure of customer service Mail sent and whole incident shared on your mail id….

Thirdclass service staff says sir dekhlo Lena ho tho hamare pass daily Ki bohot sale hai. Delivery boy raste me hi washing machine rakhkar baaggye ye bolkar sir Abhi aarhe hai. 4 deen koi technician nahi aaya company whirlpool se jab aaya tho bole sir hame aaj hi request mili hai. Irresponsible and thirdclass service n fake attitude. Sales girl ko call kiya tho boli sir isme hum kuch ni karsakte aapko hi dekhna parega ab company se koi kese aayega ye hame kese maloom hoga. Vijay sales soch samajhkar jaaye agar ye sab jhelsakte ho tho or fir billing karane ke liye 1 hour lagta hai

We purchased a fridge from Vijay sales just today. The experience was very good. Sheetal guided us and have us the best price in the area.

Had a really great experience at Vijay Sales while purchasing my AC. The staff was very helpful, especially the girl who's name is jyoti assisted me throughout the process. She suggested a very good AC according to my requirement . Her knowledge about ACs was impressive and she made the whole buying process easy and comfortable. Because of her guidance, I was able to choose the perfect AC for my home. Really appreciate her patience, polite behavior, and excellent customer service. Thank you Vijay Sales for such a wonderful experience!

I don’t even want to give 1 star. Worst experience, staff is so unaccomadating, billing counter has a line as if they are selling for free. You can come here to waste your time. I’d rather spend this wasted time in some other vijay sales.

Totally mess. Just sell products to customers without any further responsibility. We have purchased a refrigerator in emergency from rohini store as our previous one stopped working. From last five days refrigerator is standing in our living room no one came to installed it even after repeated calls and communication... VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE..... Don't go for these ...

Big thanks to Khushi Ma’am from Vijay Sales, Sector 8 Rohini. She was the only person in this entire process who genuinely took responsibility and ensured the issue finally moved towards resolution. After days of frustration, false assurances and endless follow-ups, her support restored some faith in customer service. If she had not personally intervened, I genuinely believe this issue would still be pending. Employees like her are the reason customers still trust big retail brands like Vijay Sales. On the other hand, my experience with Panasonic has been one of the worst after-sales service experiences I have ever faced. A brand-new AC stopped working within just 2 days of installation, and instead of quick support, I faced repeated scripted replies, cancelled complaints, unresponsive managers and endless “wait another 24–48 hours” assurances with no actual action. What was even more disappointing was the behaviour and attitude of some so-called service managers. Customers are forced to continuously chase the company for updates, while the company itself shows almost zero urgency towards resolving the issue. Panasonic may manufacture products, but its service system is damaging the brand's reputation badly. A company’s real quality is judged when a problem occurs, and unfortunately Panasonic completely failed that test in my case.

Pathetic service, No after sales service by them. You just purchase and forget the installation. Its been 5 days since i purchased a new SHARP AC from them and despite the promise of 24-48 hours of installation, still no one has come for the same. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM or else you will keep on calling them.

Staff is not listening and . We went to buy a laptop but It took 3 hours after I got my laptop . Bjaj finance person is so good . He did whole procedure very easily . Laptop mentioned 100 gb cloud storage. Staff didn't open it
