The most pathetic experience I had. They are the living proof why people prefer online shopping compare to offline. I ordered daikin split AC which was supposed to deliver to me next day but that did not happen. I did not receive any notification or nothing from their side. Even after calling them again and again, they don't even bother for nothing. The worst shopping experience I had. It's better if you shop online.

I am extremely disappointed with the third-class service provided by your staff and service team. Despite purchasing products with trust from Vijay Sales, the after-sales support has been highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. My issue has not been resolved properly, and the staff response was careless and irresponsible. Such poor customer service is unacceptable and has caused me great inconvenience. WE AWARE # I request you guys don't buy anything from VIJAY SALES. Stores are doing fraud with customer to sale products and charge extra money of extend warranty. And afterthat there is any issue with product there is no way to reach them No response of multiple calls and request. Vijay sales is selling defective product. Vijay sales says we are the just professional service provider. You guys fail to provide your service. Kindly improve your customer support standards to avoid disappointing customers in the future. I recently purchased an ASUS Vivobook 16 from Vijay Sales, Rohini M2K. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting unboxing experience turned into a disappointing one. The laptop we were given was an open-box unit. We were initially told that we could get the device changed to a properly sealed/boxed unit after billing. However, after the billing was completed, Mr. Vikas Yadav from the laptop department denied providing us with a boxed unit. My concern is specifically with the way this particular situation was handled and the communication given to us before and after billing. Spending on a new laptop naturally comes with an expectation of receiving a proper new, sealed product and having a good purchasing experience. I would also like to clarify that the other staff members were very helpful and provided good service. This review is not intended to reflect on the entire Vijay Sales team. My disappointment is specifically with the handling of our case by Vikas Yadav. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers receive clear and consistent information before completing a high-value purchase.
