Absolutely disappointed after knowing that the sales rep/manager on first floor mislead me and sold me a third party extended warranty for my lloyd split AC bought last week on May 1. Name of the rep/manager was I guess Priyanka ( don't remember exactly ) on first floor and they sold me the extended warranty for 4999 and never mentioned that it's not from the brand lloyd and it's some third party warranty. I called lloyd and they told me there is no amc/extended warranty on my AC and store sold me something that doesn't exist with lloyd. Absolutely disappointed and disheartened. There is no way calls can be connected to customer care and store as I was out on hold for 15+ minutes and call gets disconnected after. What would I do of this third class third party extended warranty. I am taking this up to consumer court.

I went to Vijay Sales to look for a laptop. On the first floor, they guided me to go to the third floor for laptops. The guidance was quite good, and they were knowledgeable as well, but I had a budget issue.

मेरा विजय सेल्स के साथ अनुभव बहुत खराब रहा। खरीदते समय सही जानकारी नहीं दी गई। मुझे 2026 मॉडल बताकर AC बेचा गया, लेकिन बाद में पता चला कि यह 2025 मॉडल/मैन्युफैक्चरिंग का है। ग्राहक को पूरी और सही जानकारी मिलनी चाहिए। मेरे अनुभव के आधार पर मैं यहाँ से खरीदारी करने की सलाह नहीं दूँगा, जब तक कि आप सभी जानकारी खुद अच्छी तरह जाँच न लें। Jhut bolkar product bechte hai aur delivery wale chai panni ke pese bhi mangte hai iske sath me bill bhi attached kar raha huu sales person bilkul jhuta hai

I visited Vijay Sales to buy an AC, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My phone battery was at just 2%, so I politely asked the staff on the first floor if there was any charging point available. One person told me to go to the ground floor, saying I’d find one there. When I went there, I asked 5–6 employees whether they could provide a charger or let me charge my phone for just 10 minutes. Every single one of them refused and replied with a very rude and arrogant attitude. I honestly don’t understand this behavior. I had come there as a customer ready to purchase an AC, yet I was treated as if I was asking for something unreasonable. In contrast, I went to Croma, which is right opposite Vijay Sales, and asked them once if I could charge my phone. They immediately provided a charger without any attitude, and I ended up purchasing my AC from Croma instead. I had bought a refrigerator and some phone accessories from Vijay Sales in 2024, and at that time the staff was humble and helpful. But now the service feels completely different. The staff is arrogant, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in assisting customers. Very poor service. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again.

Overall, if you are looking for a reliable electronic stuffs without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this. It offers great value for money!!

Excellent services provided by Mr Kuldeep. Explained us well about the laptop we purchased and helped us in selecting the best in budget.

Poor service by vijay sales , these guys are not able to delivery my newly purchased AC . They need to work on their customer support and logistics team. Highly dissatisfied with my first experience with vijay sales.
