Good experience if you want to purchase the items from store, they have all brands and all types of products, staff is also good however need to bargain to get the best price, overall good experience 😀 …
Very good experience from vijay sales buy elctronic item and sandeep singh gave best offer's on led and Audio
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the after-sales support for an air conditioner purchased from Vijay Sales. I bought an AC from your store on last year with extend warranty .and at the time of purchase, I was assured of proper assistance in case of installation or service issues. However, when I recently faced a problem with the AC and approached your team, I was informed that no service support would be provided and was redirected elsewhere without proper guidance. This experience has been disappointing, as I expected better customer support from a reputed retailer like Vijay Sales. There is no support of vijay sales and AC company as I have made many calls for the same. I will suggest please don't buy anything from VIJAY SALES. THEY ARE DOING SCAM WITH CUSTOMER. One star is that for there is no zero star.
