Sara Tiles

Very poor experience. We bought some tiles recently. When they were short, more qty wasnt available, so we tried another shop got the same tiles for much less cost. The owners dont give any importance to customers at all. Poor. Also they prefer to sell without GST by taking cash.

Worst experience and the least consumer friendly store in entire Kotla market. They will not support you in any way, when you go inside you will feel the hostile nature of the owner and his son. Will not anything and any cost, and will be arrogant about it

Worst experience ever! Doesn't even deserve a single star! Booked tiles week ago and were given assurance "aap sara tiles se le rge hai 100% assurance" and on the day of the delivery received only a little over half the order with them assuring the rest of it to be coming. Then in the middle of renovation got a call from the owner "ki ji yeh tiles toh aur hai ni aap doosri pasand kar li jiye" and when we asked the owner what is the meaning of this; I mean how can you ask us to change our tiles one the day when the renovation is in full swing? And when asked he had the audacity to say "NOT MY PROBLEM!?" Aapko aana hai aao nahi aana mat aao" Just Worst! Worst! Worst! Do not recommend at all. Save your money!!

Utterly rude and arrogant owner. I have in the past purchased a couple of times their tiles for our home, however after a long time, when I visited recently , I spend 15 minites & shortlisted two tiles. I told the staff that I would revisit with my counter top stone sample to finalise (as they don't let you take images ), I asked him to make note of the tile number for easy reference, upon revisiting after 3 days with my stone to match, I forgot to carry that card. The owner just refused to serve me at all, he was so arrogant and said I never bought the tile last time so he wont show me tiles at all. ...it was the most bizarre experience ever! I would never recommend them again..! such blatant rudeness , totally absurd. He just wouldn't even listen. What use is a collection when you have such misplaced attitude issue.

We went there to get tiles for renovation of our kitchen. No one was available to attend to us for OVER AN HOUR. Finally when we selected the tiles, I asked politely if the price was negotiable. The owner was outright RUDE. And so rude that he said I DON'T TALK TO PEOPLE WITH SUCH SMALL ORDERS. I couldn't believe my ears. I could not imagine that a shopkeeper could be as rude as that. I will never ever ever go there again.

I had a terrible terrible experience at sara tiles shop at Kotla , first of all they were rude and unprofessional the sales man Manoj was uninterested and seemed annoyed when I was asking a question to find the right tiles. To make matters worse, when the tiles finally arrived, they were not the same color as the sample I had chosen in the store. When I asked to return them, the salesperson refused to give me a refund and was incredibly rude about it. Overall, I would not recommend Sara Tiles Shop to anyone. The poor customer service and lack of attention to detail make for a frustrating and disappointing experience."

Please make a market survey before buy here. We bought sanitary wares, all seems to be branded. However they claim that they will give discount of 20% on print price in catalog. Initially refused to give valid invoice, finally i told them i want a valid invoice then they issued the invoice. Price also seems costly, quality is good so cost is acceptable. One thing i noticed that they dismantled the display piece and provided to us instead of box piece. Since we need it urgently we did not argued much. There are N numbers of similar stores available in the near by area. So make a suitable time and make a survey before buy. After 25 days of purchase wall hooks starts peeling outer cover, the product they selling is not of good quality. Worst.

The quality of tiles at this showroom is outstanding. Can’t find such variety anywhere else. Each piece exudes excellence, and the showroom itself is a visual treat. Biggest tiles showroom in Delhi. Highly recommend!

Best tiles showroom in Delhi. Top notch quality of tiles. Photography is on paid basis here, which i think is only fair. I had an amazing experience, one can take pics after payment, which is only fair. i read some reviews that said they got delivered the wrong product but i have been visiting this showroom since a few years now and never did i had a bad experience. I live in vasant kunj and visited other tiles showroom in delhi as well, but their collection is unmatchable, it’s a “library” of classy tiles truly.

Extremely rude and pathetic owner ,very very unprofessional.They delivered our tiles after a delay of almost 3 weeks and many of the tiles were broken which they did not return.Please don’t buy anything from them and ask others not to do so so !
