Sara Tiles

My experience at Sara Tiles was amazing. I had zilch knowledge about tiles but the owner helped me with his expertise which was perfect for my needs. The staff was polite and made sure I step out of the showroom as a satisfied customer. Thank you team, Highly recommended!

“I’ve been to several sanitary shops, but this one truly stands out! The shop offers a wide range of products, from everyday essentials to more specialized sanitary solutions. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions and even suggesting the best products for my specific requirements. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store, which is so important for a place like this. The prices are fair, and they also offer great deals on bulk purchases. What sets this shop apart is their excellent customer service and commitment to quality. Whether you’re looking for personal hygiene products, plumbing supplies, or anything in between, this place has it all. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality, affordability, and great service!”

Good Variety of things with multiple options and best thing is rates are competitive with huge discount. The owner have good knowledge for all stuffs that is added benefit.

I had a very positive experience with The Sara Tiles Store. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tiles for their home or even work place. Here are some specific things that I would mention in my review: The wide selection of tiles. The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. The patient and knowledgeable sales associate. The quick delivery. The well-packaged tiles. In short an overall positive experience.

The service and staff is terrible. They don't even try to help you out. If you know what you want then great, otherwise there's no point visiting the store. They have a large variety of tiles but they are also unnecessarily expensive. You can find the exact same tiles in multiple stores on the same road ahead and that too at a better price and with much much better service. You can't click a photo or video, no video calling allowed either. They don't even give you a sample even if you're willing to pay for it. Not flexible or helpful at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store.

Din’t have the best experience with sara sanitary. They made the bill for something that I hadn’t purchased and later when we needed the products there was a lot of discrepancy, they dint even know which internal cistern they provided us with (as a layman one would not know such details, and they had made no note, since they sent us a wrong bill) and when the site was ready they sent us the wrong flush plate etc. Overall it was a very harrowing experience with them.

An absolute horror! We were duped into paying double the amount for the tiles that were shown to us. The product delivered was different than what was shown.. most of the tiles were broken and then the salesman refused to replace them even, saying it was not their fault..it is the reputation that takes years to build but can be destroyed in seconds with such kind of dishonest work ethics. Moreover the salesman went missing from the shop when we went to buy more tiles ...which is a proof of their wrongdoing A warning to all prospective customers ...Beware of such cheats!

★☆☆☆☆ Sara Tiles Is All About Extremely Disappoint– Zero Courtesy. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this store was shockingly poor. The owner and staff seriously lack basic etiquette and professionalism. There was no proper greeting, no interest in assisting, and their tone while speaking was borderline rude. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they behave like they're doing you a favor by even acknowledging your presence. If you value respect and good customer service, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. There are plenty of other stores where staff actually know how to talk to clients and treat them with the minimum decency expected in a customer-facing business. Totally unacceptable. Needs a serious attitude overhaul.

The sales service was extremely poor. They didn’t know how to make a customer. I had selected tiles for my bathrooms and got a quote from them. After discussing our requirements, I informed them that we needed tiles for the floor first. However, they refused, stating that they would only supply a complete set, not just the floor. Their salesman had no knowledge of design. When I asked to see a specific design and colour, it was difficult for him to move and retrieve the product for display. He was evasive and unwilling to sell. Two other salesmen were always behind me, looking at my phone screens, as they had strict photography rules. I am glad i did not buy from them as i saw all other negative reviews now. I wanted to add photos but no photography rules.

Exquisite, amenable to cutting, no cases of breakages. They have a wide and exquisite collection of designs, priced in reasonable range. Service is good. They deliver the material on time at your home.
