The owner here is very rude and there is no one more rude than him in Delhi NCR market, every person in this trade knows this that they are cheap people's ,, extreem lable ego ,,

The owner is an old,obnoxious man who doesn't have manners to speak to his customer. They have priority over people who have their interior tie ups with them and don't care about people who walk in to buy. Them Is rude,and misbehaved. If it matters at all one should not visit this place,unless you like your self being insulted.

They have good collections of tiles buy the pricing is something I believe on higher side. They quote you higher prices than market price and then show you as if they did you a favor by giving you discount...

The don't provide GST Bill only quotation on paper, All black billing from their end and sell at double prices.

The owner/management are the rudest sales people ever. They are not interested in selling tiles unless you are accompanied by your builder and they don’t have any manners. Would not recommend.

Poor quality tiles. I had ordered tiles from there, however, in just span of 2 months the tiles have holes in them. I do not recommend you taking low quality tiles with a very high price which is not even worth it.

Very very poor response by owner . I think more money has made his attitude towards customer so poor . I came from Mathura to visit this showroom . But surprisingly owner was not at all interested in even talking to me . He told me go inside and see if there is someone to show you products . There was no one to show me . All representatives were busy . He could have asked me to wait . But he simply said they have no one to show me products .

Very expensive as compared to Jagatpuri Market (Karkarduma) Very unprofessional showroom.. no doubt it has multiple options however you will see lot of attitude in all employees expect one(can’t recognise the name )who helps people to match the design and all with the project.. There a men sitting over counter he is very unprofessional. If you are going by Car and well dressed then only he will welcome you otherwise there is no value of anyone.. No photography mean no mean to go there.. if your own ho then go there or if you are dealer do not go because you can’t tell your customer about the choice.. had better to go Jagatpuri.. Recommending- Jagatpuri market near karkarduma court, they have sense or speaking and understand the choice of people ans you will see lot of there as per your choice..

An overall good experience with tile shopping here. Please don't forget to take a tile outside to view any reflections before buying though - I wouldn't have minded paying more money for higher quality tiles (in terms of flatness) than I got for my floor.
