Very disappointing experience with Optimist Computers. The staff asked me to suggest the price I was willing to pay for a laptop instead of clearly providing a fixed and transparent price. This pricing approach creates confusion and makes customers question the actual value of the product. The prices also seem excessively negotiable. For example, a laptop initially quoted at around ₹30,000 was later offered for nearly ₹20,000. Such a huge difference raises concerns about whether the original price is genuine or simply inflated for negotiation. Customers should be given clear, fair, and fixed pricing from the beginning. More transparency and consistency in pricing would make the buying experience much more trustworthy.

Kal main Nehru Place aane wala tha, isliye pehle store par call kiya tha ki RTX 3050 wala laptop available hai ya nahi. Lekin call par sirf ek hi jawab mila, "New lo, new lo." Na meri requirement samajhne ki koshish ki gayi, na budget pucha gaya, na koi aur option bataya gaya. Maine pucha ki "Second hand RTX 3050 rakhte ho ya nahi?" To fir se bas bola gaya "Nahi, new lo." Agar mujhe new hi lena hota to main aapki videos dekhkar second-hand laptop ke liye contact hi kyun karta? Sach kahun to call par hi mera store aane ka mann nahi kiya. Thodi si proper guidance mil jaati ya koi alternative suggest kar dete to baat alag hoti. Customer se is tarah baat karna aur bina interest dikhaye jawab dena bilkul achha experience nahi tha. Umeed hai future me customer ki query ko thoda seriously lenge.

Purchased an open-box Dell Latitude 5320 on 10.05.2026 for ₹24,000, and within just 2 days the problems already started. Today is 12.05.2026, and the screen is continuously glitching while the battery backup is nowhere close to what was promised. I was told it would last around 3 hours, but in reality it barely runs for 1 hour on normal use. Also, the condition and performance shown in the videos are completely different from the actual product. And honestly, who is going to travel so far leaving their work just to get a newly purchased laptop fixed? Customers deserve honest information and proper quality before making a purchase.”

Aaj maine YouTube par OPTIMIST COMPUTER - Refurbished Laptops & Desktops ka video dekha, jisme MacBook Pro i9, 64GB RAM, 2TB Storage ka price ₹55,000 bataya gaya tha. Video dekhne ke baad main store visit kiya aur laptop ko properly check karne mein lagbhag 3 ghante diye. Jab payment karne ka time aaya, tab mujhe bataya gaya ki ₹55,000 wala price galti se video mein bol diya gaya tha aur is price par laptop nahi de sakte. Agar price galat tha, to customer ko itna time laptop check karwane ke baad payment ke waqt batana bahut disappointing hai. Store visit ke dauran maine kuch customers ki complaints bhi personally suni, jo reportedly 1–2 mahine pehle laptop purchase kar chuke the aur apne laptops ko lekar issues discuss kar rahe the.
