Very disappointing experience overall. The staff does not talk properly and keeps sending customers from one person to another instead of actually solving the issue. I had to stand around and wait for a long time with no proper support. They promise different things while selling the laptop, but the warranty card mentions something else. My laptop started facing heating issues very quickly, and when I asked for help, there was no satisfactory response from the staff. The warranty period given was also less than what was promised. Customer service is poor, communication is unprofessional, and after-sales support is not reliable at all. Would not recommend this place.

The staff behaviour at the time of purchase was polite, but after coming home and checking the laptop properly, my actual experience was completely different. I found multiple issues with the laptop including the Ctrl key, Esc key, and display. I feel the product condition was not explained properly before purchase. The pricing also felt misleading to me. The laptop price was first quoted as ₹24,000, but when I mentioned my budget was ₹20,000, a ₹4,000 discount was given instantly without much discussion. Later, I found similar models available in the market for around ₹15,000. After the sale, contacting them has also been difficult as my calls are not connecting. In my experience, the staff talks very politely during the purchase process, but customers should still verify the actual laptop condition, specifications, and market value instead of making a quick decision. They promote free gifts and offers, but the main focus should be the quality and condition of the laptop itself. My suggestion: Don’t buy under pressure. Check everything carefully, compare prices, and only then purchase — especially if you don’t have much technical knowledge about laptops.

Here’s a refined version of your feedback/review: I purchased a Dell laptop from this place, but after just two months, it stopped working. Upon inspection, they informed me that the issue was with the battery. Since the laptop was under warranty, they replaced the battery, but it appeared to be an old one. They assured me that the battery backup would last around three hours, but the performance was very poor. I visited them again regarding the same issue, and once again they replaced the battery with another old battery. After some time, I faced the same problem yet again. Now, I have decided to purchase a new battery myself for ₹3,400 and replace it on my own. Their customer service after selling the laptop has been very disappointing. I wasted my entire day there for repairs, but the issue was never properly resolved. Ye log bas gift de kar aur video bana kar customer ko aakarshit karte hai. But the service is very bad.

My friend visited for the purchasing the laptop but sales person did not show us laptop as shown in the video on youtube, they only show 1 or two laptop to purchase. Sales person should show options to customer to purchase the laptops. Good Laptop refurbished starts from 35 k not from 15 k in the video. Please carefull before going to this shop for purchasing laptop.
