I had an amazing experience buying my laptop from this store! Everything matched exactly what the YouTube reviews promised fantastic product quality, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They even gave me a gift! Highly recommended.

I bought a laptop from Optimist Computer about 2.5 months ago, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. In just 2.5 months, the laptop has already stopped working four times, and I have had to visit the shop four separate times to get it repaired. When I was buying the laptop, the staff spoke very nicely and assured me that there would be no problems, and even said that if anything happened they would replace the laptop. However, when the problems actually started, they did not replace it and only kept repairing it again and again. Also, their behavior is not good when you go there with a problem. The service and support are very poor compared to the promises they make at the time of sale.

As it says youtube famous, that is exactly what it is famous for, otherwise experience wise its absolutely not worth visiting. I went to check some refurbished laptops, my son had given some of his choices, i showed to the staff. However when i went and showed them the list, they refused to even show me the laptops because my requirement was in budget of 20 to 30k for used laptops, however they preferred serving those who came for macbook or higher priced laptops. Could clearly see where their preference lied, hence walked out of there, if you want to go by my experience, i would say avoid them, as there are much better stores in Nehru place and ask me I shall give details, also there are many other shops which handle customer query much better than this show off shop.

I came across this shop through a promotional video on YouTube by Arunvlogs20 and decided to visit on 20th March. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The owner’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The laptops available were quite expensive, mostly priced above ₹60,000. When I asked for an i5 laptop (12th generation or newer), they first showed me a laptop that wouldn’t even start. Then they showed me a touchscreen model. When I requested to see more options, the owner abruptly told me to leave, saying, “There is no laptop for you, this is the door—go out,” and even pushed me out of the shop.

I recently purchased a laptop from Optimist Computer, and my experience after the purchase has been disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the real issue started when I needed support. The customer service has been unresponsive and not helpful at all. It has been over a week since I submitted my laptop for repair, and I still haven’t received it back or gotten any clear update on the status. This kind of delay and lack of communication is frustrating, especially when you rely on your device for daily use. I expected better after-sales support, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. I hope they improve their customer service and communication, as it seriously affects the overall experience.

हमने गूगल पर सर्च किया लैपटॉप लेने के लिए तो इनका भी नाम लिस्ट में आ रहा था maps पर रिव्यू चेक किया तो बहुत ही ज्यादा गंदा रिव्यू है जब पुराने कस्टमर के साथ में ऐसा हो चुका है तो हमारे साथ भी हो सकता है इससे अच्छा है मैं नया लैपटॉप परचेज कर लूंगा कोई भी चीज लेने से पहले उसका रिव्यू जरूर चेक करना चाहिए और उसमें नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट जरूर देख लेना चाहिए।

Really poor experience at Optimist Computer. The owner was not present when I visited. I asked to see a MacBook in good condition, but the staff showed me a different variant and gave incorrect information about the model. The pricing didn’t make sense at all. They quoted a very high retail price first, and later the owner suddenly gave a much lower final price. It felt confusing and not transparent. Also, the prices shown on their YouTube channel are different from what they offer in the shop. Staff is not well informed. Overall, not a good experience.
