Their marketing is good on you tube no doubt about it. Condition of laptops are also good as I have already bought from them. But make sure you know what your are buying as they are sales person not your advisor I am in to it and very enthusiastic about tech so I know what I bought and what they are selling however to a normal person even to sales person most of people won't be able to see what is wrong if there is any. 2ndly after purchase they give you a warranty card on which their company name is not mentioned no sign of their employees or anyone on that however you need to sigh that card on which it is written that no exchange is given also other conditions too. Also they add a seal on your laptop so that you can't open it even if you need to upgrade you need to come back to them only otherwise warranty void. So make sure what you are buying in to. They have good laptops as well as bad but they looks good for sure.

Range of laptops is wide but being from same field, i could see most laptops opened and possibly part exchanges also. Rates they are givinguch reasonable but seems that's coz of changed main items . One of representatives said I can exchange parts in models if you like lower panel of one and rest of other model. So I felt it must be common there as most laptops have screws too much used in condition.

This shop is in Nehru place. Don't come here, They are selling old repaired laptop with attitude. Only making fool to customer by giving gifts along with laptop. If you try to check things before buying their laptop and takes some time...they will start misbehaving and will treat you like worthless. Many customers outside complained about their sold laptop that shows us not to buy anything from them....there are many shops please explore first then buy something.

the staff was surely knowledgeable but the laptops they showed us were not good, the thing was that i wanted a laptop around 30k and they showed us some models but all of them almost had some problems and also the laptops they showed us, their actual value was very low. If you are going here then please have some knowledge about laptops and other stuff or you can be scammed

Optimist Computer gave me an experience I’ll never forget! Let me share my story— I went there recently to buy a laptop. Honestly, I was a little nervous because finding a good deal isn’t always easy, but the moment I walked into their store, I knew I was in the right place. The staff greeted me warmly, patiently listened to what I needed, and recommended an open-box laptop that fit my budget perfectly. It came with a 1-month warranty, and they explained everything so clearly that I didn’t feel any confusion or doubt. But what really made me smile was how they treated me like family. They didn’t just help me with the laptop—they offered me refreshments, made sure I was comfortable, and even gave me 8 surprise gifts along with my purchase! The best part? My girlfriend was with me, and they didn’t forget her either. They surprised her with special gifts and even extended her warranty to 6 months! She was so happy, and seeing her smile made the whole experience even more special for me. The laptop works like a dream, and I left the store not just as a happy customer but as someone who felt genuinely valued. If you’re looking for great products and a personal touch, I can’t recommend Optimist Computer enough. They don’t just sell laptops—they create experiences. 💻✨ This wasn’t just a purchase; it was a memory. Thank you, Optimist Computer, for everything! 😊
