Maine liya tha laptop but kharab ho gya or repair ke liye gya to bol diya en logo ne ki kal aana kharab laptop dete hai ye

I don't think they provide good service or product because I visited yesterday and the behaviour of the staff was so rude and even they commented in directly about my configuration which I want. They try to confuse you also that the product you are looking don't come. So I don't recommend to go. If there behaviour is like this before purchasing so what kind of service they provide after sale

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. WHILE PURCHASING, THEY TALK VERY NICELY AND SAY, "WE ARE GIVING 1 YEAR WARRANTY" BUT WHEN YOUR DEVICE BROKEN DOWN THEY ALWAYS AVOID TO RESPOND INSTEAD YOU ARE PRESENT ON THEIR SHOP. I REQUEST EVERYBODY TO NOT PURCHASE ANY PC OR LAPTOPS. FAKE SHOP, FAKE PROMISES, BAD BEHAVIOUR.

Guys don’t go at this shop. Owner makes fun of their customers who cannot afford their rate. I felt very bad after seeing making fun of weaker section people. Even the owner behaviour is very bad

Broad base laptop from optimist computer got 6 months warranty and best discount, there are pics of my laptop, best behaviour, they treat replacement customers better then selling customer. After sales service is awesome and recommendable

Using Laptop from 2 years and suggested to more than 7 people and this is my 8th purchase from Optimist Computer...trust me guys explore the market but no doubt u will get a exceptional Computer over here... Exceptional value and long term reliability.... highly highly recommended

Very disappointing experience. All the laptops offered were used and had noticeable issues, yet were priced quite high. In just 10 days, I was given three replacements, and each one had defects. I ultimately had to request a refund. It feels like the business is driven more by Instagram ads and paid promotions rather than genuine quality
