"Pehli nazar mein pyaar, phir..." Sach batao toh jab main pehli baar aya, laga yaar ye toh dream shop hai. Staff mast, atmosphere accha, deals sunke aankhein chamak uthi. Socha — "finally koi hai jo genuinely help karta hai." Laptop pasand aaya. Payment ki. Smile ke saath nikle.(with a trust ki inka manager to khud khatu shyam hai galat to kya he rarange ) Ghar pahuncha. Laptop khola. BIOS locked tha — pichle owner ka. Wahi shop jahan sab kuch itna "transparent" tha — wahan se nikla hua product, ek basic cheez chupa ke becha gaya. Agle din wapas gaya, seedha baat ki, koi gussa nahi — bas solution chahiye tha. Unhone kaha "ek ghante mein ho jaega." 6 ghante baad bhi nahi hua. Beech mein refreshments ke bahane bahar bheja — andar video shoot ho raha tha. Usi video mein MacBook ₹15K mein dikha. Usi din ek ladke ko wahi MacBook ₹35K mein bata re tha. Maine khud dekha. Replacement ke waqt — 3-4 laptops saamne rakh diye 6 ghante wait karane ke baad , 5 minute mein decide karo, "jaldi karo niklo humara time nahi hai." Meri 9 baje ki bus thi — unhe pata tha , wo bhee miss ho gye. Koi fark nahi pada. Ek aur customer aya tha complaint lekar — owner ne seedha keh diya "tumhe jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo." Paise wapas mile ushe — heated argument ke baad. Koi allegation nahi. Jo dekha, jo suna, jo jeea jo dil me dard hua — woh likh diya. Agar jaa rahe ho — poori technical knowledge lekar jao wo force karenge mat sun na . Ye coal mine hai. Diamond tab milega jab tumhe pata ho kahaan khodna hai. Jagruk raho. 🙏
