J B Gupta & Sons Pvt. Ltd.

I’d like to review my experience with JB Gupta & Sons, Defence Colony Kotla. I visited here to look for various products for my current Site in process. I was welcomed nicely. They are taking all necessary precautions for COVID-19. They have a wide range of products to style your home in all price categories. The collection is exclusive and the team is really helpful. My order was processed quickly and delivered on time. 👍🏻

One of the worst experience one could have. These people are fraud they are selling the product with name exit Germany which is not upto the mark. All hardware under the name of the brand is of very bad quality. Within 6 months The Hinges are falling apart door handles are breaking. The so expensive door closers sliding fixtures are either leaking or coming out of the channels. As an architect I don't recommend their products from exit Germany to be used or recommended. The staff is rude they don't replace the faulty product. A big no for the product.

I had an amazing experience with them . Best people to go to for all your exclusive hardware needs. They personally try to look out and understand your taste and then suggest you the best that will be suitable for your house. They made my idea of a beautiful house a little extra ordinary with their luxury products!

One of the best hardware store in Delhi! They have a wide range of products to choose from, all brilliant in quality and fairly priced. I would also like to mention their staff’s commendable service for understanding my home decor ideas and helping me find the best pieces for my home. This store is a must a visit!!!

I had recently visited their store to purchase hardware accessories for redesigning of my house. They have an exclusive range of hardware products with great designs and amazing quality. I love how they have such wide variety to choose from at such amazing prices. A definite recommendation for home furnishings!! Happy customer 😊 …

A huge store with all sorts of home fittings and accessories. I had visited to buy an EM Rim lock that is connected with the video door phone. Parking can be an issue but is taken care by an attendant. The store does NOT give even ek ruppaiya ka discount! They sell at the printed MRP. The store is over staffed. Too many redundant sales persons; half of them keep sitting when a customer enters and does not even bother to approach and engage!

They have fancy stuff but staff has no knowledge . Only concerned about sales, after sales is poor. No instruction on installation or anything. They will sell stuff and not even ask the basic questions. Customer is not the king here. Recommend not going to them.

*rude and disrespectful owner and staff alert* I recently visited their store intending to explore and make a purchase. We were polite and engaged courteously with the staff, taking care not to linger unnecessarily. Despite having already placed an order for multiple items, we were abruptly approached by the owner, who rudely demanded that we leave. The reason given was that we were taking too long and hadn't made a purchase, which was inaccurate and insulting. This experience was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect, regardless of the amount spent. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future customers do not face similar treatment.

A place where you find the hardware, modular kitchens, glass fittings, bathroom accessories safe and designer fans are available. They also have safe box. I personally love their varieties of collection in handles. Its a high end store. My experience was good and a little heartning too. The good part was the item I ordered came few days before the hand, but the cons was it wasn’t the exact item which I ordered yet i just took it as i didnt have time to visit the store over and over again. Their store is fancy but running in a great way but i wish they could be more eco friendly by reducing paper formalities. We are not allowed to take pictures of the store so here is the main entrance picture. Adding to it the location is just below the fly over which is easy to locate but no parking facilities. Anyways Overall decent.

I purchased four door handles from a shop named JB Gupta, but the color didn’t match my room’s door. I only went back to request a color exchange. When they had to sell, they spoke very politely, but now, just for a color change, they have become extremely rude. If there were an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. It’s such a terrible shop—no one should buy anything from them. One star.
