J B Gupta & Sons Pvt. Ltd.

A trusted name in hardware& sanitary products, the store houses nearly all quality products for a reasonable price. The himself takes interest in satisfying the queries of customers.

Store is little mis managed during rush hours takes lot of time for billing and Goods to be packed but alka is patient and kind

I bought a Haken digital lock a week back, paying Rs. 25,000/-. I insisted on a wifi model for ease of opening the lock remotely as the house has automation. Firstly, while selling, the saleslady promised the lock has wifi built in. But during installation, I came to know that one has to pay Rs. 5,000/- extra for the wifi. Also that wifi can work only with a compatible video door phone system. I was promised the company representative would come and sort it out. It has been a week and I am still waiting. Being an architect, I would expect better service from a hardware supplier.

Wide range of hardware, but most expensive shop in this area. Staff is super busy always and distracted. Not worth a visit if you are looking for value for money. Avoid if you can. There are multiple other hardware shops around where you can get good range of products.

Scam alert| don’t buy from this shop I purchased some material from and they assured the specifications. I asked for a 30inches and they gave me 26inches and I thought it was a genuine mistake so I went back to exchange it or return it but they refused to take it or even exchange it. One of the worst shop.

Poor ...Pathetic Behaviour..of Staff...and Team ....Mannerless environment 👎👎👎👎 Highly Not Recommended Better to visit Dhawan Glass in M Block GK Market.

One stop place for many hardware products. Only disappointment was not able to see the product beyond packing to get a better clue, as sometimes that’s the major deciding factor to purchase it. Knowledgeable staff willing to reply to all queries.

Excellent stuff. Large variety Extremely friendly sales staff. Vast collection. 25-30% discretionary discount too. Valet parking. Covid precautions in place. Last but not the least pricy..

A large variety of stuffs but ensure you have big pocket. Else go to shiva market or Rama market. I visited next to rainy day and it was all gutter in front of shop, plus he didn’t allowed me to park my car as behind me was Bentley. I just hope that Bentley guy had to buy more stuffs than me.

I purchased 25 handles for our modular kitchen. JB Gupta & Sons have a very large variety of handles, in a multitude of finishes and variants for various requirements. The staff was cordial and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of the excellent service provided by Mr Vikram Sharma in selection and prompt delivery of our selected handles.
