Thankyou I love nailone❤️💅 Great team, very polite and professional, and I'm always warmly welcomed and they make you feel comfortable and satisfied

I have tried this salon multiple times before giving this feedback. They are extremely pathetic in their service. The owner shouts and is rude if you give her a feedback. The staff doesn’t know their job. I went today for a simple head wash and blow dry. The guy completely wet my sweater from back while washing my hair. I asked for a simple blow-dry but they gave me an expensive one without my knowledge and charged me much higher. When I gave the feedback to them, the owner of the salon behaved in a really rude way. The salon is owned by a couple. And the lady specifically is extremely rude and rather than explaining mistake to her staff she was misbehaving with me and shouting on me. They really ruined my time.

Today I visited a wonderful salon, I liked the manicure master very much, everything was very cool. Atash and Parul very cool guys and amazing work😍✨ …

I had hair colour and a trim done at this place, yesterday. My sister has been going there, however I was a little anxious as I had a bad experience last time I had hair colour in Delhi ( at another place ). I was pleasantly surprised when I was introduced to Gracie ( the expert as she was referred to). Gracie was polite and professional and diligent. I watched her work quietly, I liked her techniques of blow drying to give hair a body and lift, the end result was perfect. I finally found a stylist I can confidently go to . Thank you, Gracie!

Had beautiful service by shrishti totally worth it!!!

Whilr i was getting my nails extension done, i asked her that my nails are getting hurt and painful. She said u doing extreme. Now after i got my nails removed, it broken. Pathetic staff. Services Nail extensions

At Vasant Square Mall salon, the staff overall seems humble, but the girl at the counter named Bella was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She lacked respect for clients and didn’t handle the situation well. I had to cancel my Nail Spa appointment due to her attitude, which not only ruined my mood but also wasted a significant amount of my time.
