Makeover Salon by Nail One

One of the worst staff I have ever met. They don't know how to deal with the customer. They don't even bother explaining the things to you. I inquired about nail art and the lady at the reception didn't even bothered to provide us with a slot. And on the top of that they show a very casual attitude towards the customer. Didn't wanted to give even a single star.. but still it was mandatory.

Here's one good thing I stumbled upon in 2020- changing upon Nailone Salon They are like literally the most underrated salon. How do I begin, from the owner to the manager to the staff, they are duper professional. All their services are just ace and I am just so into their nail extensions, hair and lashes extension. They deliver services up to my satisfaction. I felt so connected to them right from day one. Special shout out to Nancy, she is such an incredibly talented nail artist. Her nail works are so detailed and so artistic and I am fully satisfied with her work. And also, special shout out to Gracy as well. She did my hair exactly the way I wanted it and thats so rare because most of the salons end up burning hair. The only regret I have is not knowing this salon sooner. So, if you are in Delhi and want any of the services, please do drop by and visit them. You won't regret it. Words fall short, you must experience it to feel it so. And yes, very reasonably priced compared to other salon. Nailone Salon is a gem. Trust me. Well, My friend recommended me Nailone and yes I really had a great experience with this salon ..I had my nail extension and nail polish done from a Manipur girl Mak, her service and gesture towards me was so nice. I had done my gel paint and it was chipped within 3 days. I went to the store for its solution, the lady on desk completely refused to do it again and the north eastern boy may be manager told he will do it but during processing the nails he shoot the video. It was horrible experience when you expect much and got poor services and rude pathetic staff to deal on festive season. They act smart and trying to manipulate the things. Plz people beware of all this they will charge 90 ruppes for taxes about never provide bill for that and never mentioned that within 5 days they will give touchup

I am glad I had got my nail extensions done and removal from ritika and Nisha.. it was really a great experience.....very kind of these two girls....ritika and Nisha in nail one salon vasant kunj....thse two girls are very well experienced in their work...in wish them all the best in their career..I keep visiting nail one, vasant kunj. I always be happy visiting.

I have been to Nail One at Vasant Square Mall several times. They are hospitable and professional. It's one of the best places in South Delhi to have affordable, customized, and professional salon services. As a research scholar from IIT Delhi, I must say it's pretty economical if someone wants to pamper themselves once a month. This time Mr. Sohel gave a good haircut, beard set, and facial massage. Kudos to Nail One.

Went to NailOne, Vasant Square Mall for head massage. Was one of the best head massages I’ve had in a long time. Rishant did a really great job! Was professional and took his time and expertise to get the job well done. Would definitely come back for more.
