Makeover Salon by Nail One

WORST SERVICE EVER. the staff is undertrained, they are not clear with what they are giving, they show something else and give something else.. the staff is manner less. the excessive use of bad quality products and chemicals. not recommended either for hairs or for any other services. will never suggest anyone to take any kind of service there. the picture attached is service they gave me initially which was 10 times lighter then what they told me.

The experience would have been better if u ask to my sister. I was just accompanying her. But she smiled and look gorgeous as usual right back from the salon. #sisterbodyguard.

Had such an amazing experience in Nail One Salon ......I would recommend anyone to give them a try, trust me it’s worth it! The staff are amazing they go way above and beyond to meet the customer service and make one feel very comfortable..... A Big shout out to the Manager Bella at vasant kunj square mall ..... 👍 Positive Punctuality, Cleanliness, Professionalism

I love their service highly recommended, been going to their every 4 outlet never got disappointed always have been warm welcomed ,very professional and hygienic staff ,also those who haven't check out their salon please go visit, the ambience there is breathtaking and they provide such a great service been going there for more then 2 years now .

I visted this place thrice to do my nails two times gelling and one extension, each time a different staff did my nails yet the results were same, unsatisfactory.Prices were quite affordable but compared to the longevity its not worth it.It got chipped within few days the extensions start forming bubbles within 2-3 days with extreme pain and tightness which feels abnormal.Staff also files my nail until I request her to stop coz it was hurting No doubt I think staff needs more training.I don’t know about other departments but for the nail section.I would not recommend this place. No basic etiquette on asking clients preference or reassuring if client is happy with it or not in the process of their work until we speak up and correct them multiple times then they’ll wipe off and redo it which is waste of time.It seems like they just wants to finish the task asap and get over with it.

Nail one is the best salon for me always love their service as always mainly to Sachin for hairs n zing for the nails thankyou
