The service was average. I got gel nails done today; however, no cuticle removal was performed, which was disappointing. I also noticed that the technician wore gloves while working on another client seated beside me, but did not wear gloves while doing my nails. Additionally, I expected the technician to provide some guidance or suggestions regarding nail colors, but she showed very little interest. Price ₹1,000–1,500

I really liked the work that they have done, it was fast and really pretty nails. I enjoyed sitting here, it was comfortable.

After a hectic work week, visiting Nail Rituals was the best decision. I got a blueberry nail art and instantly fell in love with how beautifully it was done — clean, detailed, and exactly like I wanted. I don't recommend them. They cheated me on the price of a basic nail gel. I paid 2,300 for one color, even though they don't have Autoclave for instrument sterilization. They’re use the same tools on all clients and aren’t afraid of spreading infections. They only use alcohol. This is so expensive for so simple manicure In the very first week, some of my nails already started chipping, and in the middle of the second week one of my nails completely broke. The administration also ignored my message where I pointed out that they don’t have proper sterilization of tools in an autoclave, which can lead to cross-contamination and infections. The technician doesn’t use gloves and touches damaged areas of the skin where there was bleeding, which is already unsafe for the client’s health. In 10 years, this is the first time my nail plate has been damaged like this, and I have never experienced such terrible service. The pricing is 100% overpriced

Okay so I have to talk about Nail Rituals, Saket because this place is THAT girl. My friend Shubhangee recommended it to me and honestly… bless her because I’m OBSESSED. Like I love this place like anything. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is clean, calm, aesthetic, and lowkey luxurious without being intimidating ALSO THEY DONT DAMAGE YOUR NATURAL NAILS!! You instantly feel like you’re in good hands. The staff is super sweet, patient, and actually listens to what you want (which is rare). I showed them inspo and they executed it perfectly no “similar but not really” situation. The detailing, the precision, the hygiene??? Top tier. You can tell they really care about quality and not just rushing through appointments. My nails came out looking so neat, glossy, and expensive, main character energy fr. Also, can we talk about how relaxing the whole experience is? It’s not chaotic or noisy, it’s just a chill, feel-good space where you can actually enjoy getting your nails done. I walked out feeling put together, confident, and lowkey unstoppable.
