I recently visited Nail Rituals at Select Citywalk, and the experience was amazing. I showed them a reference photo for some minimalist line art, and they recreated it perfectly. Hey.! My honest review is here. I just got my nails done from the Nails rituals. Nail work was pretty good, i really liked it but here’s one thing that i didn’t liked was the Manager behaviour. She was too annoying and irritating. I was disappointed that why she was constantly asking for my contact number and trying to convinced my mind that i can book her for my personal bookings of makeup and nails. Although staff was good. They treated me very well and Sadan did a really good job. But the manager was really unprofessional and her words are really senseless. And one more thing Sharing personal details is my own choice. My nail technician was extremely unprofessional she kept fighting with her colleagues and also commented on the shape of my fingers I brushed it off by laughing but if you’re charging that much money the least you can do is make your customer comfortable. It was my first time getting extensions and the experience wasn’t good, the nails were okay. They should train their employees to respect customers and stop bickering with each other.
