I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. I visited with my mother for cat eye nail art. Initially, the owner agreed to do both our nails, but things quickly turned highly unprofessional. She was the only person working, yet kept calling and accepting more clients. Even though we were already there, she prioritised another customer and asked me to leave and come back later. When I refused, she became extremely rude, started arguing, and used inappropriate language, creating a very stressful and disrespectful environment. She also did not have the proper equipment for cat eye nails, yet still agreed to do it. The final result was extremely poor — my nails were not even filed properly. I specifically asked for cat eye nails, but there is absolutely no cat eye effect visible at all. It just looks like basic gel nails. Despite this, she charged almost triple the usual price. After finishing, she insisted on taking a video of my nails. Given how badly we were treated, I was very uncomfortable and refused. However, she aggressively and impolitely forced it, saying “ese kese mai leker rahungi video.” It honestly felt like a chaotic, fish-market-like situation rather than a professional salon. The hygiene was also extremely poor — the place was dusty, and insects were literally sticking to my nails during the process, which was shocking. Overall, this was a very unpleasant, disrespectful, and unhygienic experience. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or basic professionalism.
