BLEEDING NAILS AND FUNGAL INFECTION RISK Its a terrible nail studio. The staff is amateur and inexperienced. The technicians struggle so much to make even nails, AND THEY TAKE 3 HOURS for nail extensions. I got my nails done on 28th August 2025 and within 24 hours the nail colour started chipping off. I got it fixed and the 10 days later my nails and fingers started hurting. When i went to the nails removed, i was told by an experienced nail tech that the glue used for my nail extensions is not correct and it became almost impossible to remove my nails. They could only remove 7/10 nails. The rest three are stuck in a way that its hurting my nails so much. The nails removed also have led to multiple injuries on my fingers since the ridiculous glue came off with my real nail bed. My nails are bleeding and AT A RISK OF FUNGAL INFECTION. Whenn i finally reached out to the owner of Le Posh- she immediately turned defensive and started accusing me of trying to save money and not going to her for removal. I just went to a different nail studio for removal. She started harrassing me and stopped replying to messages. No compensation or acknowledgment. I have screenshots and proof to substantiate all of this and if this turns into an infection then im taking this up further. Edit: the owner reached out to me after i posted the review and threatened to share proofs of GOD KNOWS WHAT. Help yourself by not going to this nail studio. Services Nail art

Pretty made my nails and first time getting them done in Delhi/India, they turned out exactly as I hoped for! She did a great job and was fast, also taking in my idea of blue and gold and giving her own propositions making it even better. Recommend a lot Services Manicure, Nail art

Extremely disappointing and painful experience. I went here for my engagement nails, expecting professionalism, but instead left with bleeding fingers. The staff was clearly amateur. My nail paint wasn’t removed properly at all—I had to tell her myself, and even then she used nail paint remover with tissue, which is unacceptable. After applying multiple layers, she filed my nails so aggressively that it tore my skin, leaving my nails bleeding. The owner claimed the process would take 1.5 hours, but it took much longer, which is the last thing you want on an important day like an engagement. They also did not ask me which base shade I wanted and simply started applying whatever they chose. There were black particles visible on my nails. Any professional would have removed or filed it properly, but instead she just applied another coat over it, showing complete lack of attention and common sense. The owner claims they have 4 years of experience—honestly, that didn’t reflect in the service at all. Instead of accepting their mistakes, the owner kept arguing and blindly defending the staff, which only makes things worse. Supporting wrong work instead of correcting it is a loss for the business itself. To top it off, when I said I shared my experience with a friend, the owner accused me of “bad-mouthing”. Sharing a genuine bad experience is not bad-mouthing—it’s honesty. And yes, I will warn others. Update after salon response: I would also like to clarify that the service was not completed within the assured 1.5 hours, due to which I had to come again on the second day, travelling all the way from Noida. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially considering it was for my engagement. In such a situation, it is reasonable to question why I was expected to pay the full amount for a service that was delayed, poorly handled, and resulted in physical discomfort. Customers should not be charged fully for a service that does not meet basic professional standards.
