Their smile doesn't mean they don't have the manners to reply, nor to admit fault. They make appointments, you all visit once. Their appointment studio is so small in the name of the studio, but it's just a room in the house, that's what they eat and drink. And if they don't do anything without an appointment, then they have to hurry up with the call because... I even have a recording of her saying, "Come, it'll be done soon." Now she'll say, "I make fake comments." "Brother, why would I make fake comments?" "That too from my real ID," I mean, "what should I say?" I can't understand anything. She just said this, I don't know, brother. I've never seen a worse service or owner. And Madam is such a professional nail artist that her nails even got bulbs. And lastly, I've had more expensive jobs done than this. Not just 300, I've had 40,000 rupees applied to my body at one time. That day, I didn't say anything to you because I had to go for 7 hours. ⭐️ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place. We had booked an appointment in advance, we were repeatedly told to come and that everything was confirmed. After reaching the salon, we were asked to wait, we waited for around 30 minutes, and then we were suddenly told that services could not be done because the person available to do it was not there. This was extremely disappointing, we should have been informed BEFORE we travelled to the salon and waited there. After this, I also decided not to continue with my nail service because the entire experience had become uncomfortable and disappointing. I paid ₹50 for the work that had already been done, as I specifically asked how much I owed for the service provided. Please do not rely on verbal confirmation from this salon without independently confirming that the required staff and services are actually available on the day of your appointment. I would personally not recommend booking here for an important occasion, as the experience was very disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Never ever trust them.
