I have been a regular customer here but I’m never coming back here again . Horrible service . Kindly do not depend on the availability of the staff even if you have taken an appointment as I took an appointment for 7:00 pm and got delayed by 15 minutes cos of the traffic (I reached there by 7:16)The person there told me we get 15 mins grace period and without even informing me gave the slot to someone else and asked me to wait for another 40 minutes so causally (waiting for 10 minutes is understandable but asking to wait for 40 minutes is ridiculous) . The person who took my appointment had not mentioned to the staff too about my appointment, as when I reached the staff had no clue there was an appointment for today . Then the person who took the appointment was not even at the nail salon . Horrible service and waste of time. Never ever coming back here again . Not dependable at all .

The Nail Affair is my go-to nail polish brand. I have tried many different brands, but none compare to the quality and beauty of this polish. The colors are so vibrant and last for such a long time. I love the formulation of the polish, as it doesn't chip easily and the colors are true to the bottle. The application is a breeze, even for someone like me who isn't the best at painting their own nails. I would highly recommend The Nail Affair to anyone looking for a quality nail polish brand with a wide variety of colors to choose from.

I got my eyelash extensions here a month ago. Not to mention, I’ve gotten lash extensions before and am aware of the different styles. I’d specifically requested for classic extensions since I wanted a subtle change to my look and nothing too dramatic for a friend’s wedding. Over the phone I was told it costs Rs.3500 for a classic set to which I agreed. As soon as I got there this man was waiting wth his box and seemed to be in a hurry. I wanted to clarify my request but he asked me to lie down to which I agreed since the salon had good reviews for nails and the price was higher than other salons, I assumed he was aware of his craft. He used the wispies used for thick hybrid lashes instead of the classic ones. I wasn’t aware of this until the very end when I woke up to teary blood shot red eyes and thick uneven eyelashes. It was the most painful lash extension experience I ever had and I was aware he did it in a hurry. I did not know how to react at that point. I think I kept trying to convince myself that it wasn’t that bad. I do not know what quality glue he used because it started falling off from the very first day. The owner then asked me to pay Rs.4200 with GST. I didn’t quite realise what was happening cause at that point I kept thinking of how horrible I’d look at the wedding and felt so helpless. He said if I pay by cash then he could accept Rs3500. I paid but the lashes kept falling off and I still regret it. It’s been a month but I needed to write this review cause it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through that. Services Eyelash extensions

Horrible experience. One of the younger boys used the same nail tool that was being used on me, on himself and then was going to use it back on my nails after cleaning the insides if his own nails. I pointed it out then his behaviour was rude. So disappointed at the polish work and how the Co workers yelled across the room asking for tea or to finish their work to promote reels. The Nail Affair is a fantastic salon. Great social distancing measures in place. The salon is spotless, friendly staff, good service and great prices. Done my gel nails for both the hands and feet and within 2-3 days they started to come off. When I have mentioned it to the store, one staff told me it can happen and tried shooing me away. When I have protested, another staff tried to convince me to come some other time. Pathetic service and pathetic product. Not at all recommended.

I didn’t have a good experience. The man doing the nails was not listening. He was arrogant. He made one hand’s nails extremely thin and when I showed it to him, instead of fixing it he put it on me; stating my nails size are different and the rolling eyes and being dismissive. Now both my hand nails look different in shape and size. He also scratched all my fingers while seeing it was painful and bleeding a little, but zero empathy, instead he’s asking “are you a first timer or what that you’re so scared.” I have been getting my nails done way before he would have even learnt how to do it. Extremely unprofessional. I am not visiting again.

Muskan and Suraj were amazing. It didn't even feel like I was visiting the first time. Got acrylic nails done and it's as close as natural. Will definitely recommend, will definitely visit again!
