Very disappointing experience due to poor management I had a confirmed appointment at The Nail Company on Wednesday, 24th at 4:30 PM, which I had booked well in advance. Despite this, I was messaged only 45 minutes before my appointment and asked to reschedule because they were running late with another client. At that point, I was already on my way. I reached the salon at 4:17 PM and had already informed them earlier that I needed the service to start on time as I had another commitment by 6 PM. When I arrived, it was clear that the client before me had come late for her appointment, which caused the delay — yet she was still prioritised over me. I waited for 30–35 minutes, during which I spoke to multiple staff members and managers, all of whom kept saying they were “trying to get it done.” However, the technician clearly stated it would take another 30 minutes or more. At that point, waiting longer was not an option for me. I have been getting my nails done from the same technician, Kapil, for the past 6 months, so this was especially disappointing. When I questioned why appointments were being double-booked, he said appointment management was not his responsibility and that his job was only to do the nails. This clearly shows zero coordination and communication between the appointment desk and the technicians. Overall, the experience reflected very poor management, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for a client who arrived on time with a confirmed appointment. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off completely, and I do not plan to return.

I got my nails done for the first time by Asif at the Jasola branch, and I must say, the experience was excellent! I even received great compliments from my friends, which is why I booked another appointment. However, due to some timing issues, I was redirected to the Crown Mall branch — and unfortunately, the experience there was very disappointing. They charged me more, didn’t apply any happy hour discounts, and the nail art I received was extremely basic (just a simple flower that honestly looked more like an egg). It was a complete letdown, especially considering I only wanted a refill and nail paint, but ended up paying more than before. When I raised a complaint, they offered to fix it — and I specifically requested Asif again at the Jasola branch.
