My overall experience was exceptional. The salon maintained high standards of cleanliness, and the technicians paid close attention to every detail. My nails and lashes looked absolutely perfect.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Very Unprofessional Staff Had a terrible experience at this nail studio. One of the staff members (the one with fake eyelashes) was extremely rude, overconfident,oversmart, and unwilling to listen to the client’s requirements. Instead of understanding what we wanted, she kept pushing her own preferences. During my nail service, she injured two of my fingers while buffing, causing cuts and bleeding. I am still experiencing pain. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologising, she blamed me, saying I had kept my hand stiff. Absolutely zero accountability! My sister’s experience was equally disappointing. We specifically requested glitter ombre French nails, and she confirmed a light pink shade with a single coat, which we approved. However, the final result looked completely different. When we asked her to correct it, she initially refused, saying it could not be undone, and then demanded extra charges when we asked for the nails to be removed. After multiple arguments, she again blamed us for supposedly selecting the wrong colour. Not once did she acknowledge the miscommunication or take responsibility. The overall environment was extremely uncomfortable, with rude communication, an oversmart attitude, and a complete lack of professionalism or customer service. A nail studio should prioritise hygiene, precision, customer preferences, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this place failed on all fronts. We left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and physically uncomfortable. Would not recommend this studio to any friend or relative. I will also be sharing my experience on Instagram so others can make an informed decision before visiting. Price ₹1,000–1,500
