I’ve been getting my nails done at this salon for a long time and have always recommended it to family and friends, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The guy who did my nails, Sohail Khan, was rude, dismissive, and kept eye rolling whenever I asked for small adjustments. My cuticles were damaged during the session, and even started bleeding. When I pointed it out, he showed no concern or apology and responded with complete indifference. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously to ensure better service for customers in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Glaze Nails. The lady who answers the calls, possibly the owner, was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behavior. I had booked an appointment for 6 PM a day before my reception. Due to an urgent situation, I requested if the home service could be shifted to around 6:30 PM, especially since they provide home service only in Malviya Nagar. However, at the very last moment, my appointment was cancelled altogether. Since my reception was the very next day, this created a very stressful and panic-filled situation for me during an already important occasion. Later, when I spoke to others about the salon, I came across several similar complaints regarding the way customers are spoken to and treated. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience and I hope they improve their customer service.
