**Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience** It is extremely disappointing to visit the same place repeatedly and receive such poor attention from the staff. This has happened to me **twice now**. On my recent visit, I was standing at the door waiting for assistance, but the lady manager did not pay any attention to me. She was busy getting her own hair done while the customer was left waiting. The staff also appeared uninterested in attending to customers or getting the required work done in a timely manner. What makes this even more disappointing is the rude and careless attitude of the staff. Customers come expecting professional service and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was completely missing. It really shows when the owner is not present in the shop—the staff seem to feel that customer service hardly matters. Management should seriously look into this, because customers' time and experience deserve much more respect. **Very disappointing experience. I have been a customer with this branch for almost 3 years now however the kind of experience I have had today- I am never recommending this particular outlet to anyone. I had gotten a nail set done 10 days ago and asked multiple times that this won’t go bad- I was assured but somehow it did fade- WITHIN 10 days and the artist had the audacity to say it to my face- “i told you so” i requested her to change it to the basic design free of cost however/ the sudden attitude flip and bullshit attitude triggered me- DO NOT VISIT and if you do DO NOT GET ANY DESIGNS

Had a wonderful experience here! The place is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I got both my manicure and pedicure done, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to Rohit, who was extremely professional, skilled, and attentive throughout the service. He made sure everything was done perfectly and paid great attention to detail.
