DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM .. I wish i could star them 0. I was made to wait for 3 hours and everytime i followed up, i was given a new timeline and no one turned up…i asked for an appointment at 3 pm they told me next day that technician will come by 6.. by 7 no one turned up, i called again and everytime they gave me new timeline and its 9:30 pm right now and NO ONE TURNED UP NOR ANYONE FROM THEIR TEAM EVER CALLED ME TO INFORM ME… they wasted my time and day.. i could have simply gone somewhere else.. worst service.. i would never recommend them to anyone. We r officegoers and have limited time but these people DO NOT respect anyone’s time… i have the screenshot of booking and chats..now i am left on unseen and there is no response from them.. they never care to call back rather u will have to follow with them and everytime they will say their technician is coming but their technician never came… they are bunch of unprofessional people who do not have any ethical values or respect for anyone’s time… JUST DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE Services Acrylic nails, Eyelash extensions, French manicures, Gel manicures, Nail art, Nail cut & filing, Nail designs, Nail extensions, Nail polish changes

They are the Fake service provider they will make fake commitment and will not provide you the service and will not pick up your phone and will block you on Instagram as well. There owner will also not respond you. They will just make excuse after excuses and will not revert you. It’s just waste of time your energy your money your mood and your day as well and I can provide you proof as well.

Absolutely horrendous Most unprofessional.. I came to their studio at took an appointment from their nail technician who was the only person available there. There was no reception desk or anyone esle to speak He himself offered his no and and said to come the next day at a certain time for which he never turned up... or got extremely late. I CAME THERE and once again had to leave without my work done o Then again I spoke to him.. since he had only give had given me his number, and fixed another time and day . HE Not only did not land up AGAIN nor inform anyone. I had also informed him earlier thatI am.leaving for a wedding on the same day so how important it was for me. THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE REFUSED TO TAKE responsibility Blaming me for taking an appointment with hthe techician who was the ONLY person present in the saloon, there is no reception or anyone else there* and who offered his number himself and also adding something shallow -that if the techician was more educated he would have been working somewhere else. So in other words.. She is calling him dumb, or either her place itself Is not qualified to hire intelligent people. But she has hired him and with h hout any responsibility. Just pathetic....... disgusting.. Here I am , with a flight to catch in 2 hours, running around to find a place to get my nails done.

Worst experience ever, I have booked them for nail extensions home service. After waiting 1 hour, I called them and asked when your service provider will arrive. They cancelled my booking after saying that our person can’t come now. I mean this is not the way. She was rude. Don’t book them.

I tried booking them for my 2nd service, they confirmed my booking and yet technician was not not given my booking. Despite of confirming the appointment, you’ll not be provided for services. Very poor mechanism and very unresponsive. Highly recommend to not book them at all. They’ll fool you till the very last minute and you’ll be stuck and have to find anybody else. Pathetic home service they provide. I booked for refilling n nail art and paid the amount of 1400 for French nails within two days my refilling got opened. I followed with the owner Astha for continues two days that plz send someone for correction as I have to attend some function but no one came. Height of unprofessionalism These guys have. I have got my nails done twice from this place, and the experience both times was very bad. Firstly, they are never committed to the time they give. If an appointment is at 1pm, expect ur work to start by 3pm earliest. Second, the quality of their extensions and other products is third class. The technicians dont have the skill and you end up getting hurt and bruises on your fingers during the process. Also, when u get a home visit booked, no one will come on time and they will not pick up your calls.Kindly avoid if possible. Services Nail extensions

This is literally the worst place ever. They make booking and confirm it and then dont send people. and when you ask the manager her name is Priyanka. She cuts your call while you are talking. Very rude. The services are also 1/5. Unhygienic. Priyanka is the worst person ever. She is so rude. She kept lying to me all day that nail tech is coming in 15 minutes but when i called the teck directly he said is in dwarka and when i said what and he realised I am the customer who has a 11am booking he also cut the call. The most unprofessional people i ever came accross with. Neither the technician is on time plus the owner has no reliability. It's not once but thrice, i have experienced the same behaviour.

They have a offer on nails extension but long waiting is there. I waited here for at least 3 hours ( 3 to 6pm ) to get my nails extension done. There is a lady who doesn’t know her work properly. She needs to work on her ability to work on short nails and other work also in absence of nail technicians because of her my nails extension got delayed. The owner should confirm the exact timing on phone if they have long waiting in their studio. Nail technician are good in their work. They do nail art and work on short nails also.
