I had a horrible experience with them. From the person being 3 hours late for home service, to my nails coming off in 3 days, to re-fixing them, to extremely damaged nails on removal - I do not refer this place to anyone. You may save on some money, but it is not worth it. I'd rather pay more and have a pleasant experience.

There work is fine, the nail artist did good job. But they don’t value customer’s time. Last time I booked an appointment at 5pm and the artist came at 7pm even after my continuous follow-ups… Next time I booked it for 2pm but later I was told it’ll get delay so ‘ll do it at 3pm. I said ok.. Even after all this artist came at 4:30 pm that too after multiple follow-up.

My mother got her gel nail extentions along with permanent polish a week back and it has already started to get chipped. Been trying to get a hold on them since morning via whatsapp , they didn't even bother to revert back . Pathetic service with zero customer relation .

HORRIBLE IVE GOTTEN MY NAILS DONE FROM THEM AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND THIS TIME IT WAS ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 1. I HAD VERY CLEARLY TOLD PRIYANKA TO MAKE SURE THAT THE NAIL TECHNICIAN HAS ENOUGH STUFF TO DO HOME SERVICE. SHE DIDN'T BOTHER TO. 2. AFTER THE TECH CAME, HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE THE REQUIRED SUPPLIERS SINCE HE WASN'T INFORMED. 3. AFTER THE SERVICE I CALLED PRIYANKA TO LET HER KNOW HOW BAD THE EXPERIENCE WAS. 4. I THEN PROCEEDED TO TEXT ASTHA THE MANAGER AND I GOT NO REVERT BACK 5. ONE OF MY NAILS BROKE IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE FROM EITHER OF THE TWO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AFTER BEING THEIR CLIENT FOR MORE THAN A YEAR NOW.

They are actually good for nothing.. On 16th April we booked them for 4 persons and asked assigned atleast 2 person, they send only one person who is not capable of doing anything he don’t carry glitters, stones nail paint as desired . And whenever we asked for price he said price quoted earlier was just for nail paint not included any art on it ie stones and glitters are excluded. Don’t use their services as they are not ready to listen anything neither person assigned for location nor their managers. I requested to connect with concerned,The person assigned connected with Manager and she don’t have courtesy to hear what customer were conveying even dropped the call.. The person came to our location said will come 2mrw for rest of person remaining for services … tried to connect them on next nobody responded and took charges for all nail art with conveyance charges including for next day also.. The way he did the nail art is seriously disgusting on one hand he applied gel top coat and another without it.. nail paint was automatically removed after 2 days as no gel top coating done.. See how foolish they behave when I started describing real story what I have faced by way of comment on post they blocked me and my sister( who actually gave them business of bride home as well) and start deleted comment we posted on multiple videos) Services Nail art

The service is horrible. I went to Rajouri garden branch and they applied permanent nail paint on my real nails and it was off the very next day and I shared the images to the nail techinician the same day. They asked me to come and they will fix the same When I visited, they started working on my nails but they asked me to come again the next day as they went out of products and the naik techincian that day said they are new and have no idea about the products till now, owner did not pick up the call even after multiple attempts. Next day I called and he denied to not come as his owner denied Now I left with incomplete nailpaint with no one to reach out to. Owner is not available at store and is not reachable as observed. Worst experience with them. These people are complete frauds, and the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. They completely ruined my wedding experience. I had booked them for nail extensions for my marriage function, but neither did anyone show up from their side nor did they bother to follow up. If they didn’t want to take the booking, they should have informed me clearly instead of keeping me waiting and misleading me until the very next day. No one came at all. Because of their irresponsibility, I had to get my nail extensions done on my wedding day itself, which delayed my makeup and created unnecessary stress on such an important day. They don’t even have basic professional etiquette. And honestly, the positive reviews you see here seem completely fake or paid. If they are not capable of handling work professionally, they should simply shut down the business instead of wasting people’s time and ruining special occasions. If there was an option for zero stars, I wouldn’t even want to give them 1 star because they don’t deserve it. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Even when their technician didn’t show up, she neither responded properly nor took any responsibility for the situation. I would strongly suggest everyone avoid taking services from them. They simply fool people and waste their time. What’s the point of hiring such people when the service itself is so poor and unreliable? I am also attaching screenshots and proof because I have complete evidence of what happened. I actually didn’t want to post this review since this incident happened in 2023, but they keep sending their useless promotional posts, which finally forced me to share this review so that people can know the reality before trusting them. Ma’am, I have already shared all the screenshots, so you can clearly see that the confirmation was given from your side only — if you choose to look at it properly. And please don’t lecture me about what I should or shouldn’t do. It was very important for me to give this review and show people the reality of your services, and I have done that from my side. Honestly, you people don’t even know how to handle your own work professionally, which is exactly why I’m giving this review — either improve your services and professionalism or shut down the business altogether. Basic etiquette and responsibility are extremely important in any business, and unfortunately, that is something your team completely lacks.
