Worst experience! The work was not neat and tidy. Also, the shape of the nails was not at all good. Nail paint started to chip off within 2 days and extensions were really loose. I was clearly struggling with it. Services Nail art, Nail extensions

If someone wants the best nail treatment in the best prices. I am sure this is the right place to be at. Got it done for a friend of mine and couldnt stop myself to let people here know about it. Excellent staff with great service.

My first service with them was for Ombre Gel polish on my natural nails. I loved the technicians work and flaunted by nails to everyone. Naturally when I was looking to get extensions done, I chose them again. But this time round my experience was pure horror. My elder sister and I decided to get extensions. She chose classic French and one transparent nail and I chose basic nude color for my nails. In spite of prompting again and again for finishing we both were left with mediocre work. The technician kept on saying "mere jesa kaam aapko nahi milega, koi kami ho toh batana". Disappointed with her nails my sister got a new set of extensions done from another place within 4 days of their service. I still chose to drag it out and wait for a month to get new set done. But no, while tucking my dog in his bed I lost my right thumb nail (I don't know how) but I chose not to bring to Ms. Rohattgi's notice thinking it might be one of those unlucky days, then the next day I slept with 9 finger nails and woke with one missing. This time it was right hand middle finger nail which broke off in my sleep and this time I was irritated. I have been getting nail services done since past 3 years now and never such incidents have happened. I texted Ms. Rohattgi on 2nd of June and informed her about the entire ordeal, she immediately offered complimentary services for my sister and I and I did mentioned that I would like to get mine removed completely because I do not wish to damage my natural nails but its been a week now (8th June, 2021) and still no update from her end or a technician offering me the mentioned complimentary service. I ended by cutting off my extensions off on 5th June and in spite they are now the length of my barely there natural nails, it is still chipping off and i end up scratching my self with it.

Extremely disappointing service. The professional arrived close to 2.5 hours late. Than was not carrying the material that I opted for which was clearly booked & mentioned in the appointment message. Very poor service

Very bad experience. Very unprofessional people they have hired which come fool the client and take money as well. After that if we tell them abt there bad service they assure for correction but then they show there tantrums .they give time but never comes on time as they have taken money now they say it’s not our problem .owners attitude is very bad for the feedback Services Nail designs

I booked a home nail extension a day before some important occasion, they confirmed it and the person didn’t showed up, usually they tell that their services are till 7pm only but they kept telling me wait till 10:30 and no response. Making fool of people and ruining their important days are their job Services Nail extensions

I got my eyelashes extensions from them...the time technician was applying the glue..I repeatedly telling him kiglue zyada lge rha hai but he was saying no ma'am theek hai and after few days my eyes get starting itching with redness. When I did the complaint to the owner Aastha..she was least interested in hearing my prob and said ki I will send the technician to check but till yet technician didn't visit. It's been 3 months. I have taken home service yesterday from Luxeenails and i have booked 15days before. At the end they excuse that technician met with an accident i called them continuously but no response and no msgs response also.. Don't take home service from thm ever..
