I enquired about Makeup Course from this academy. “ RIYA “ from this academy called me many a times. I told her that I will speak to my family and husband and will let you know because prices were a little exorbitant for me. She kept calling every day and asked what is your budget.. Already told her about my budget in the last conversation then also same question on this call because of which I got irritated and told her I don’t wish to go for this course from this academy so she said “ haan to ye bolo na ki aapko nahi karna” and she hung up the call on my face. It was a very disappointing experience. I understand that sales representatives have targets, but that does not justify speaking to potential students in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner. The sales team is the first impression of any academy, and unfortunately, this interaction reflected very poorly on the brand. Professionalism, patience, and basic courtesy should be a priority when dealing with prospective students. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the team accordingly.
