most concerning issues, my relative encountered was the undue pressure placed on students to provide positive ratings on Google. This pressure often manifested in the form of gifts or incentives. Such practices not only compromise the integrity of the academy but also discourage honest and constructive feedback. The importance of genuine feedback cannot be overstated, as it helps an institution identify areas for enhancement and ensures transparency in its operations. Additionally, it was disappointing to see how the academy's instructors treated exceptional students. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, some instructors viewed exceptional students as competitors, often resorting to belittling or belittling them. This behavior is not conducive to a healthy learning environment and can be detrimental to student confidence and motivation. In any educational setting, students should be encouraged to excel and explore their full potential rather than facing unnecessary challenges from their instructors. Furthermore, when a student did raise concerns or lodged a protest against such treatment, it was concerning to note that the academy's response appeared to be geared towards ensuring that the student performed well academically, rather than addressing the underlying issues. This approach can create a stressful and uncomfortable environment for students who may feel that their academic success is being manipulated or influenced inappropriately. Lastly, the situation becomes even more problematic when students have already paid their full fees. This financial commitment can make it challenging for students to voice their concerns or seek redress for any unfair treatment, as they may fear potential repercussions. In summary, my friend experience at this academy was marred by practices that raised significant ethical concerns. The undue pressure on students to provide positive ratings, the inappropriate treatment of exceptional students, and the response to student protests all contribute to an environment that is not conducive to learning and personal growth. I believe that the academy should address these issues promptly and take steps to ensure a more equitable and supportive learning environment for all students.
