The hair dresser is nice , the person who is dealing with client is very arrogent . In my case he keep telling me ,this is best saloon etc etc. He made me feel irritated during my cara smoothning treatment. they write positive review by his own employee . and when u seated on the table they force u to give positive review . on that time they were using duplicate products when u wash your hair then u ll fell and after a month your hair ll gone .... and most important they will not support you they ll say u are using wrong products and blabla... they cheated . after keratin treatment my hair experience hair fall, splinted hair and rough also . if u love to your hair so dont go in this parlor ... they will amke u foolish.. I had done my smoothing . Service is good they give me free hair spa . I m seating for keratin treatment but they are using duplicate products within 4 days i m experience hair falling , frizzy hair after keratin treatment and most important split en hair. and i am using L'Oreal keratin treatment which is given by him . they are charging high and cheated high please dont go ... i m requesting Negative Quality, Value Services Hairstyling

The hair dresser made my 14 inches long hair orange. I’d opted for golden brown shade as my choice of colour but they ended up looking like cheap orange bleach colour. I paid the salon in full without seeing my hair in bright daylight and completely regret it. I won’t suggest this place to anyone for hair treatment or colouring because the RESULTS ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL. To top my worst salon experience when I’d share my concern to their higher management they started getting rude with me and took no accountability for their mess instead lied to me that hair dresser is not available now. I’ve never faced such a bad experience in any salon, this ones top my list of WORST SALON EVER. They don’t care if the customer is happy with the work or not as long as they get paid.
