I enrolled in Gunjan Makeup Academy's course in July 2025. The course included an airbrush makeup module, which was supposed to be completed within the three-month course duration. However, Gunjan informed us that the airbrush equipment was unavailable and assured us that the class would be conducted within a month. Almost a year has now passed, but despite repeated follow-ups, Gunjan has only kept extending the timeline without conducting the class. Every two months, she extended the timeline by another two months. When I requested a refund for the undelivered module, Gunjan refused. She neither conducted the class nor provided a refund. Whenever I asked about the pending class, Gunjan's responses were often rude, vauge and dismissive instead of providing a solution. Repeatedly extending timelines for almost a year, communicating rudely, and keeping a student waiting indefinitely after making commitments is extremely unprofessional and unethical. What was even more surprising was being told by Gunjan that arranging the airbrush class for just one student is not possible, despite the fact that there were only two students in the batch throughout the course. Making such statements after collecting the full fees reflects very poorly on professionalism and accountability. I paid for a course that included the airbrush module, yet I have received neither the promised training nor a refund. In my experience, repeatedly delaying a paid module, refusing a refund, and responding disrespectfully when a student follows up reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability on the part of Gunjan, who is both the trainer and the owner of the academy. I hope future students consider this experience before enrolling.

Had the best experience with Gunjan for my brother’s wedding. Me & my mom got ready for 3 of the events and got complimented on each of them. The makeup lasted till morning and didn’t get cakey at all. Would 100% recommend her if you’re looking for someone who can make you look yourself on D-days!
