My experience with Shivani Garg was quite negative. The person handling booking and communication was extremely unprofessional and rude. My fiancé and I specifically went from a distance, but when I politely offered feedback on the demo bride's makeup—such as over-applied makeup and a mismatch between the skin tones of her face and hands—I was denied the booking without a proper discussion, and that too in a disrespectful manner. Handling customer feedback is probably not their priority. Fame also comes with professionalism and client experience, which was clearly missing here.

There are many makeup artists, but when the name gets involved, professionalism vanishes. My experience with Shivani Garg and her team was very disappointing. The team's behavior was quite rude and disrespectful, especially the person handling bookings and queries (her husband). Queries weren't properly answered until the booking amount was paid first. I personally didn't like the makeup quality either—bridal makeup was overdone, making the face unnecessarily white and artificial. And the videos/photos shown on social media are mostly of models, not real brides. This creates a significant gap between expectations and reality. Overall, there is a lot of work to be done on professionalism and client handling.

I booked makeup from Shivani Garg for my wedding, and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The makeup was so heavy that the layering was clearly visible. Patches were visible on my face, the contouring was clearly visible, and the overall finish wasn't at all natural. Instead of a bridal look, the makeup looked quite artificial. The worst part was that even after such a costly service, the results were completely unsatisfactory. I didn't feel the confidence I should have on such a big day. Many people even said that I could have done better makeup myself. Really disappointed.
