My sister's haircut was done really well. They guy knew what he was doing and followed instructions quite well. My sister and I were really happy with the results. Here's the things that didn't go well. As per my chat on Instagram, they were to charge about 1K for Olaplex/ Keratin/ Smoothening, etc. but once we reached there, all those prices were denied and we were given a price of nothing less than 3K. So, we didn't get any of those services done. Moving on, I got my chin, upper lips, lower lips, and sidelocks threaded. It was not worth it. The lady was too harsh with the thread work, her technique was really awful. It was painful and when I mentioned it, she was like, you have rough hair, thick hairs, and your skin's dry, your facial hair's too fine for thread, etc. Not even 5 minutes after this service, my jawline had cuts and bruises from the thread. She wasn't even apologetic about it. I would not recommend this for threading or waxing but you can visit for hair services only.

Pathetic experience. Extremely unprofessional staff. Initially, I was offered Botox along with a complimentary Hydra Facial and haircut. I confirmed this offer over the phone, and they clearly said yes. I also informed them that I might opt for highlights along with Botox if possible. However, after reaching the salon and seeing the heavy crowd, I decided to go only for Botox. At that point, they changed their statement and said that the Hydra Facial would not be included with Botox and that I would need to take another service along with it. I agreed and said I would go for highlights as I was planning to get them done anyway. Then they added another condition, saying that under the offer only crown-area highlights were included, not full highlights. I still agreed. Coming to the actual services—what they called a Hydra Facial was not a Hydra Facial at all. The entire process was finished in just 10 minutes, which is even less than the time taken for a basic cleanup. It felt completely fake and misleading. Finally, during the haircut, I was treated very poorly. I was made to stand like a small child, and no cloth or cape behind me used to protect my clothes. The haircut was extremely uneven and badly done, and all the cut hair fell over my clothes. I strongly suggest never visiting this salon. They are cheaters who lure customers with fake offers. Do not go by the good reviews—some of them are clearly written while customers are sitting there. I share the offers photo so people can have idea. In that photo the things they did to me was not mentioned at all.
