I took my Labrador for grooming at Head’s Up for Tails in Malviya Nagar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is very professional, and they made sure my dog was comfortable the entire time. The grooming was done with so much care, and my dog came out looking like a million bucks! The staff also gave some great advice on coat care. Definitely recommend this place!

My pet loves this store. His unstoppabke wagging tail is the proof enough. We can see him on the screen when he is getting the bath. Pet grommers here are well trained and are most importantly are pet lovers so they know all about their behaviour. They have a methodical approach with pet grooming, we even get a health report of our pet after the service. Neat and clean facility , one stop for all pet needs.

I’ve been to several grooming centers, but Head’s Up for Tails in Malviya Nagar has won me over completely! The staff is incredibly friendly and made sure my cat was calm and relaxed throughout her grooming session. They used quality products, and I could tell they really care about the animals. Plus, the store is so neat and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They are very good and empathetic. They would understand your need in urgency as well. Simran Jamwal is such example- I had ordered food and was promised to be delivered the next day but due to unforeseen circumstances they couldn’t. Simran made sure to get it delivered at the earliest understanding the urgency. She got the order delivered from Malviya Nagar to Gurgaon without any extra charge and in-fact gave me a special discounted price. Retained me as a customer all because of Simran. Thanks a lot
