Heads Up For Tails Daily Pet Store & Spa - Malviya Nagar, Delhi

I took my doggie there and had a great experience — the staff was so friendly and helpful! The products were high quality and great value for money. I bought Hearty baked dog food as I love feeding that to my dog, it’s very healthy and high protein.

nice behaviour staff and dog food nice and fresh

Great store with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! My dog loves it so much <3 Vikram, Rahul, Yarsing and Sopei were extremely pleasant and made Fudge feel at home. He had the best spa day and loves the HUFT toys so much. Love the store vibe and vibrant orange across the store that makes it look both- lovely and lively!

I had an incredible experience at Huft Malviya Nagar today. I took my cat for grooming. The groomers deserve all the praise for their amazing work! They handled my cat with so much patience and care, even though she can be quite fussy at times. It was heartwarming to see how gently they worked with her, ensuring she felt safe and comfortable throughout the session. The amount of hard work and dedication they put into grooming is truly impressive. My cat came out looking absolutely spotless and brand new – it was as if she had a complete makeover! A special shoutout to Rahul, the store manager, for his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, patiently answering all my questions and making both me and my pet feel comfortable. His attention to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be pampered with love and expertise, look no further than Huft Malviya Nagar. Highly recommended!

HUFT has been a life saver for me and my partner as they have all the solutions for our Labrador. Right starting from the toys, food, special Sara’s meals and the grooming sessions, my pet Whiskey loves all of it. I have been to a lot of places for pet supplies but the pricing that HUFT offers matches none. It truly helps me take care of my dog without any hassle. Would recommend everyone to go for a visit if you have a pet.

Very happy and satisfied with my experience with HUFT. Very wholesome variety of cat and dog food, toys and products. And, very efficient snd courteous staff!! God bless .... keep it up. 👍

The person attending to me and my friend while we were shopping made everything smooth and a joyful experience. He made sure we had whatever we need and was quick to assist us each minute as we browse through the products and providing insight simultaneously, because of such experiences I expect quality service at every HUFT store and has not been disappointed. Kudos to the entire team of HUFT! Shorty and I, we always look forward to making a trip to the store! 🫶🏻

It was a good experience, for a first time grooming for my toy poodle, Nugget. The two-member grooming was quick, efficient and wonderful. Quality of both, the services as well as the products was high, and the store ambience was good. Overall, it was a great experience and the staff represented HUFT well.

Great staff real polite and friendly and my dog really liked the store… i think.

Do not purchase in big quantity! I took some products from here been few days more than 7 but on the condition that if the same variant is not consumed by my pets will return the same packed items in exchange to another. The person male at the store said yes you can come anytine and exchange.we went today to exchange they denied started giving reasons code not accepted timeline 7 days. THIS IS A MERE FRAUD THEY ARE DOING. Poor service on call if u need to place order for home delivery. I will never come back to HUFT MALVIYA NAGAR SPECIALLY
