Fabulous service they are providing 😃and good staff …

My cat, Bao, feels so comfortable with the spa staff. They’re so gentle and patient while giving him a bath and trimming his hair. We love visiting the store!

I went to this Malviya Nagar outlet, as I have previously bought stuff from here and found the service to be good from the receptionist. It seemed very welcoming and since I have heard the brands name in good faith I decided to take my Persian cat named freddy for grooming. To my disappointment, the groomers had very less knowledge of grooming a cat, they identified my cat’s nipple to a wart. Also they trimmed off the entire coat from its lower stomach. One of their camera was not working properly so I couldn’t properly see what’s going on in there. The grooming staff played high rock music throughout. I have had my cat groomed from multiple clinics and the service compared to this have been really good. Their prices were high so expected a really good service, but they didn’t even cut his ear hair properly. Never ever I am going here, I suggest if you have a cat please look elsewhere. They even wrote my cat’s name as freatty.

the best stire for my cat and really good experience here with my cat good store at Malviya Nagar

It's been a delight going here. My boxer is quite scared of grooming. This was her first time. The staff is exceptionally well trained. They treated her very nicely. At the end of service. She was very happy and not scared at all. Everyone there is very helpful.
