Great and good quality products

Very good products and excellent customer service. They provide what they promise. Their gas hobs are the best in the country.

Must buy product if you really want to be in trouble. This padmini is not at all trustable & they are not even eligible for 1star. Since 2 months I am behind them to get my product after repair but no one is responding. The customer care person name is Mr.Anshul & he is the worst person I must say it. Try your luck.

First of all, a big thanks to Mr. Aditya Goyal. I was using Elica chimney from past 3 years and was not happy with its performance. After researching, I decided to purchase a hob and a chimney from Padmini and it is amazing. The delivery and installation was fast and professional. Really love the motion sensor feature and the suction capacity of the chimney.Thank you once again Mr. Goyal for providing such a nice quality product at an affordable price.

We had purchased a 4-burner stove 3-4 years back and all of a sudden yesterday its glass broke and shattered to pieces. There are kids in our house and by god's grace no one was there in the kitchen at that time. The glass pieces were on the floor. There was no gas leakage in our kitchen. When this morning we contacted Padmini customer care they simply said that the glass is not available. we said that you can provide us an exchange of the stove for a part amount and the rest amount we will pay for a new stove. But the customer care executives were not listening and straight away said NO to this . We had a trust with padmini appliances and always preferred this brand . BUT THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR COMPANY TOWARDS US HAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED US.WORST EXPERIENCE

Quality is as per market standards but their after Sales service is nothing different from roadside a mechanic. Even in Capital - Delhi , they cant provide service , under warranty. Buy it assuming a No warranty product
