Received a broken stove from pepperfry, they asked to contact padmini. Padmini executives said they would come to fix. It has been 10 days of follow up, no one arrived and now no one is responding to customer care contact. Location: Navi Mumbai

Thats the worst . Never buy any appliance from padmini . All products are gas related and in such cases quality should be good . I bought a 4 cooktop gas stove . And the main gas knob broke off and all gas started to leak it lies at behind and was not visible . It was good we saw it otherwise it could have resulted in a major disaster . The stell used is not of good quality . It literally broke off as if it were plastic .

Padmini products are durable and cost effective. I have induction and it’s working very nicely.. Recommended brand for everyone.

The after sales service is very poor. The private mechanics came and charge whatever they want. There is no fixed charges. I got a Hob of 4 burner. The Ignition wire is to be replaced. One mechanic has asked for Rs.150 for two wires and the other mechanic has asked for Rs.700 for the same ignition wires. See the difference. You have to indulge in unwanted arguments with them increasing your BP.

I wasted my money after buying gas stove from padmini. Gas stove quality was so poor that they distorted themselves in some days and after one year warranty, no one is giving service. Customer care service is absolutely useless.

Got update from Padmini and their team helped me well. The follow up is tough but serviced well. Thanks Padmini
