I had purchased a JMG Magic from Padmini eStore last 4 month back . My overall experience about Padmini Product is Good in Home Appliances.

Very good products and excellent customer service. They provide what they promise. Their gas hobs are the best in the country.

This company does not have after sales service, you will have to sell your products, if it has any problem, i had padminj gas stove. I will never use padmini products , and would suggest everyone, not to waste your money,

Third Rate Customer Service. Never buy their product. Lodged complain on 8/03/16 and today is 14/03/2016 no one has come. Untrained and rude service staff. the phone goes unanswered most of the times. When they pickup they say that you will get service tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes.

Gas stove bought just 13 months back It leaks from knibs , And the burners . The burners are eroded . Recommended service centre is charging 1450/- per knob regulating mechanism . What a Shame !!! Will never trust their products ever in future !
