Please think twice before investing in Padmini Products, things might look "attractive" at first but the after-sales service is pathetic. I had purchased a Glass Top 3 burner stove which cracked after 10 months due to gas stove pipe leakage. The company isn't willing to change the Glass Top under any circumstances, even though it cracked due to faulty pipes of the gas stove. I lodged a complaint to change the pipes & was told that the same would be altered by a technician, after a long wait of two months I was told that they don't have any service in "Kolkata" & the best they can do is to just courier the pipe & I would have to get it installed by a local technician with my own money. And since I protested they aren't responding to my queries too, they are in a "forget the pipes" mode. I'm going to post this along with the conversation screenshots just so that people don't think that this is some kind of an anti-campaign. Please invest a few bucks more & buy trusted products rather than going for these alternatives.

Pathetic After Sales Service... Facing Problem put the request to resolve the issue they have raised a complaint number but after that there is response from them It's been more than 12 days Never ever go for Padmini Products

Worst after sales support. You will be bound to take services from local technicians. Products are just ok. In market superior products are available with prompt service support. So no reasons to purchase padmini products. I am a customer of padmini used hob and chimni.. after sales support is horrible.

Pathetic experience of buying PADMINI 4 burner gas stove from here in nov-22. Provided the defective product and the product is not replaced till date i.e. even after approx 04 months. Never trust the brand and its service. Edit 1 : plz provide your email id so that that details alongwith contact number may be shared. Edit 2: As on 03-Mar-2023, Inspite of repeated attempts and assurance to change the product in 1 or 2 days, the product has not been replaced yet. Worst Experience so far.

Never buy there products. Low durability and worst after sales service. They simply will say that they are sending technician but he never comes. We fill like bought a pain in the ass when we bought the product. Have send the email after calling several time to there customer care number but don't except any reply from them for sure. If something happens will update. :(

Hey !!! I must say padmini appliances have variety of choices in terms of kitchen . The quantity and quality both are maintained by them very nicely . I purchased warmer last year and you know what never a single complain i got from it . Thats how good produce good . Moreover they have huge variety of kettle , gas stove which look amazing and nice. You guys must have try their products once . Never get a complain.🙏

I had purchased halogen heater in Dec 2022, however 2 of the halogen rods stopped working after a month. I had called the customer support team and was amazed by the customer service experience. They replaced the rods within 48 hours of my complaint and were in touch with me on regular basis. Rated 4 star and recommend them to maintain the quality of products as they have been in the industry for more than 30 years. I still remember our first gas stove in 1995 was of Padmini brand and we used it for almost 10 years without any hassle.
