I recently brought in a beloved pair of 6-year-old shoes for restoration at Presto, and I'm beyond impressed with the results! They were able to perfectly match the original color, making my shoes look practically brand new. Huge thanks to Suraj at the front desk for his professional and friendly service. He made the whole experience incredibly smooth. If you have any shoes in need of TLC, Presto's cobbler service is the way to go! They'll have your favorite footwear looking best in no time

I got my 2 bags drycleaned from presto Model Town branch and Shiva and Dev were very helpful in guiding me … I got my2 very expensive bags dry cleaned. And they look brand new impressive job!!thank u😊 …

On a recent visit to Delhi I walked into Pressto Defence Colony with very expensive clothes and was worried if they would be cleaned properly and in time before I travelled out. I was greeted by Rashida who is truly remarkable! She reassured me that the clothes would be returned in pristine condition and before I travelled out. And she delivered to the promise. The extraordinary bit is that because I turned up slightly early and the clothes were not ready she promised to personally make sure they got delivered late that evening by not sending another courier boy but actually having IT personally delivered to keep the promise. Well done! Pressto is lucky to have such committed employees.

Very disappointing experience with the shoe cleaning service. I gave my shoes for dry cleaning in good condition, expecting them to be cleaned professionally. Unfortunately, when I received them back, the fabric/inner lining was visibly damaged, rough and frayed, and the overall finishing was spoiled. I understand that shoes can sometimes require special care, but this kind of damage should not happen during a professional cleaning service. The shoes were not in this condition when I handed them over. I would request the management to look into this issue and take responsibility for the damage, and provide a proper resolution. Not satisfied with the service and would expect better handling of customers’ belongings.
