Worst service ever they took quilt for dry cleaning and after a week told that it couldn’t not be possible for dry cleaning. And return back after 10 days. With out dry cleaning I have not seen this kind of service ever
You damaged my Indian teams jersey even other clothes are not even clean ...
Worst laundry service. They don't take accountability for clothes. Will miss place them best of will behave rudely they will be know redressal to your complaints. Overpriced and services not up to the mark.
Washing and Iron is better but charges are high , They charged around 400 rupees for 8 clothes for normal wash and Iron.
Service was good but the excutive didn't said the bill amount before service and they charged 980 for 5kg cloths
Two major feedbacks. 1. Some of the cloths still had light stains and were not removed. 2. We would have used the service regularly if the processing time was not so long. 1 entire week seems too much of a stretch. It rather was useful if it was same day pickup, wash and delivery.
Never ever use their service. They can loose/damage your expensive suits/garments and in return they will offer Dhobi Lite wallet credit. So that you use their pathetic services again and they loose/damage ur expensive garments again. Read their T&C before ordering. Also check out their negative reviews on google/Twitter. Avoid!!!!!!
the expert of washing, dhobilite know how to handle cloths properly. Kudos to the team and deepak chauhan who represented it to me!
Very bad service . Very late pickup and delivery too. Staffs are rude and always say lie..Very worst experience. This is my first and last order..They taken 9 days to deliver my order..
Poor services by your rep Deepak Chauhan. Kindly delete my account as I am never again going to place order with you.
