I booked a pickup for clothes with a clear request for normal wash and fold at ₹70 per kg. Despite clearly informing the pickup person, the service was changed to woolen wash without my consent and made bill of 810/-.Now, they are not returning my clothes but are also not offering any resolution. The pickup person lacked proper knowledge and should have confirmed with the company right away before making any changes. This is incredibly frustrating, especially with my seriously ailing daughter at home. I’ve filed a complaint and called multiple times, but there’s been no response. Extremely disappointed with Dhobilite’s service.They are trying to make customer fool.

they sent dirty clothes. Did not remove stains. None of the clothes were cleaned. I have many pictures. Sharing as much as I can.

Horrible experience, call centre guy after few calls is telling me at 6:3 he cannot give me. Clothes as per their record in 1 may as it’s taking them longer to process. The clothes were picket on 25 th April! Tripathi guy refused to give me his boss’s number

I entrusted your team with my wedding saree, worth ₹15,000, for dry cleaning—a saree with immense emotional value. Unfortunately, when it was returned, it was damaged, and no communication was made regarding this issue. What’s more frustrating is that when I tried to raise my concerns, the team was unwilling to listen or address the problem. It feels like your team is playing with people’s emotions, showing no respect for the personal value items hold. The work done is simply pathetic, and this experience has been extremely distressing. I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue, as this matter deserves far more attention than it has received. I hope for a solution that aligns with the standards your brand claims
