I got my naino plastia treatment done by raza ali. When they have done the treatment my hairs were looking good. But just after one wash its was like before only. I had a word regarding the same to mr. ali but he said my hairs are not compatible and he cant do anything for the same now. I have attached the after results as well. I am very disappointed. Yunus and Rahul are incredibly skilled when it comes to hair coloring they really understand what suits you best and pay attention to every detail. Very Disappointing Experience at Looks Ashok Vihar My mother had parked her car properly on the road, without bothering anyone. Unfortunately, another customer parked her car right behind my mother’s vehicle and went inside Looks, blocking her completely. When my mother went inside and enquired at the reception, the lady there said the person would be coming shortly. Even after waiting for quite some time, no one came. On enquiring again, she was told that since the person was availing a service, it would take more time. When my mother rightly pointed out that the customer should not have blocked someone else’s car, the receptionist responded very rudely, saying, “Why did you park outside Looks? The road outside also belongs to Looks.” She even told my mother to go and complain to the police if she wanted. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable. Basic courtesy and customer handling skills are seriously lacking. I strongly recommend that the owner trains the staff properly and teaches them how to speak respectfully. Experiences like this discourage people from visiting such salons.

Rehaan - should be thrown out of the saloon if they need to run this.. Very disappointed with my haircut, The cut was uneven, poorly executed, and looked nothing like what I requested. Rehaan clearly lacks the skills and attention to detail needed for a professional haircut. This is honestly one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I would not choose to get my hair cut by him again, even if the service were free. I cannot recommend him based on my experience.
